Three Plus Six LLC ("the Company") handles personal information received through inquiries and consultations in accordance with the following policy.

Through the inquiry form, email and social media inquiries, the Company may collect information necessary for business purposes, including name, company name, title, email address, phone number, and the content of your consultation.
2. Purpose of Use
- To respond to inquiries and maintain contact
- To confirm consultation details, arrange meetings, and prepare business proposals
- To facilitate pre- and post-contract communication, deliver materials, and manage billing
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. Third-Party Disclosure and Service Providers
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent, except as required by law. Where processing is entrusted to service providers as necessary to operate our services, we select them appropriately and require reasonable safeguards.
Website inquiries are processed and stored using Netlify Forms, the form service provided by our hosting provider. We do not send your name, email address or inquiry text to our website analytics service.
4. Security
The Company takes reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information.
5. Access, Correction, and Deletion
If an individual requests access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, the Company will respond appropriately after verifying the individual's identity, in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Website Analytics
We use the following analytics services to understand how this site is used and improve its content and navigation.
- Plausible Analytics: used for aggregate, cookie-free website measurement.
- Google Analytics 4: loaded only when a visitor allows analytics. It then uses analytics cookies. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.
Google Analytics may send Google information such as pages viewed, referrer, device and browser details, approximate location, and on-site interactions. Google Analytics event data is retained for 14 months. For details, see Google Analytics Privacy Disclosures and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can change your Google Analytics choice at any time using “Analytics settings” in the lower-left corner. If you decline or withdraw permission, this site does not load the Google Analytics tag and removes its analytics cookies.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy to reflect changes in applicable law or our services. We will provide clear notice on this site when a change is material.
